Keewatin Tribal Council (KTC) Home and Community Care Program (HCCP) provides support and advisory services to the KTC First Nation communities in the development of quality community based Home and Community Care Program. Technical support is provided in the design and delivery of the home and community care program in all phases. The KTC HHCP staff assists the eleven KTC First Nations through various phases of the HCCP as per the service delivery plan and work-plan.
